 Cancellation Policy

Residential & Vacation Rental Cleaning: We do not require residential contracts for our cleaning services. If you are on a recurring cleaning schedule with us, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. For booked appointments, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, a $50 fee will apply. If cancellation occurs within 3 hours of your cleaning appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked amount will be incurred. If cancellation takes place while our cleaners are on-site, or if we are unable to access the premises, resulting in the inability to perform our cleaning service, the full booked amount will be charged. Please note that fees are waived for a first offense, but subsequent offenses will incur a $50 fee if canceled within 24 hours of the cleaning day.

Commercial Cleaning: For commercial cleaning services, we require formal contracts. The cancellation policy will be customized, agreed upon, and explicitly outlined within the contractual agreement to ensure clarity and consistency.
